Our investors have the potential for high returns through selected investments in office, industrial, retail and mixed use properties.
General American’s Investor Program gives qualified individuals, qualified pension plans, and self directed IRA accounts holders the opportunity to invest alongside our firm in selected real estate projects. Our investors have the potential for high returns through selected investments in office, industrial, retail and mixed use properties.
Accredited investors interested in participating in our Program must first meet with one of General American’s principals to discuss your investment requirements, goals, and appetite for risk. Once an investor is accepted they will placed on our active investor list.
Investors will be notified when an opportunity arises that meets the firm’s and the individual investor’s requirements. We will make an offer on the target property. If we are successful in putting the property under contract, each investor will be contacted and given the details of that particular investment in an executive summary. After approving the specifics of the transaction, each investor will be required to commit their investment amount to the project immediately, with closing usually taking place within 30-45 days.
